The first harmonica I bought for myself was a Hohner 260 Chromonica in 1983. I also play diatonic and orchestral harmonicas, but with a background in woodwind instruments (clarinet & saxophone), I’m partial towards the chromatic with its range and full chromatic scale. Therefore, I’m happy to focus on the chromatic harmonica for my services, and leave the diatonic to my colleagues, Joe Filisko, Richard Sleigh, and Jimmy Gordon.
